We welcome anyone looking for a familiar and simple place to stay in our Ticino house. We have 2 family rooms and two small attic rooms. There is the possibility to cook in our shared kitchen and to eat and relax in the small living room. We have three bathrooms, one in one room and the others are outside the rooms. We are two minutes from the tram stop to Lugano and 15 minutes walk from the lake. We have parking availability in our yard. Unfortunately it is not suitable for the disabled as there are stairs typical of these Ticino style houses.
The rate includes breakfast and corresponds to fr. 32.- per person, children up to 5 years do not pay and from 5 to 14 years pay half that is 16 francs.
