Located in Sagno in the Valle di Muggio, Ul Furmighin is a company set up to revitalise the area with its simple, yet refined, cuisine and its shop selling delicious fresh gourmet produce (especially the traditional cheeses of the Valle di Muggio).
The fostering of local production and promotion of foods originating in the region are key objectives for Ul Furmighin, which has been designated as a Slow Food Producer in recognition of the commitment to culture and quality that has always set it apart.
