Every season has its speciality and in the autumn, precious cheeses from the alpages (all products have a Protected Designation of Origin label), locally made sausages and hams, scented mushrooms, colourful pumpkins, walnuts, grapes, wines, chestnuts, jams, the last of the garden vegetables and the delicate flowers from the end of season.
