House Pessina

Pessina House, place of culture
Pessina House, donated to the Municipality of Ligornetto by the heirs of the sculptor and painter Apollonio (1879-1958), the author of several important works among which the monument of the battle of the big boulders of Giornico, has been restructured several times and become a house of culture. It can host conferences, concerts, receptions and parties. On the first floor, where the four rooms with Pessina’s important works are housed, temporary exhibitions of artists of the region are organized.

Open only in occasion of temporary exhibits.
Opening by appointment too.
