USAGE INFORMATION
- The area is located in the parking area of the sports centre. To make it easier to manoeuvre your motorhome
access from viale Giuseppe Motta is recommended. The area is signposted. GPS: 46° 12' 09" N / 9° 01' 06" E.
- The area is illuminated and video-surveyed adjacent to the floodplain of the river Ticino with bike path about 1 km from the city center.
PUBLIC TRANSPORT
- By bus line no. 193 Espocentro with stop in Via Lepori, or bus no. 5 with stop in Viale G. Motta.
There are 7 camper places available. The drainage of grey water and of the WC boxes is free of charge. Free differentiated waste collection. The fresh water is charged by token. Tokens can be collected on site for a fee in Swiss francs only: 1 token = 20 litres of water, several tokens can be inserted in the fresh water column at a time. Electricity connection by means of a token: 1 token = 3 hours of electricity supply.
You can stay up to a maximum of 48 hours. The following durations are possible:
- 4h: Sfr 6.
- 6h: Sfr 8.
- 8h: Sfr 10.
- 16h: Sfr 18.
- 24h: Sfr 20.
- 48h: Sfr 35.
The parking meter accepts only Swiss francs. Alternatively, you can pay by mobile phone (e-Park).
