The SEVEN offers a contemporary, urbane alternative to the more or less traditional restaurants that are characteristic of Ascona.
The atmosphere is cosmopolitan, open and young. Ivo Adam, the chef de cuisine, is a multiple world champion cook and is regarded as one of the most prominent and imaginative restaurateurs in Switzerland. He is a distinguished cook, recipe rapper and cookbook author.
