The SEVEN offers a contemporary, urbane alternative to the more or less traditional restaurants that are characteristic of Ascona.
The atmosphere is cosmopolitan, open and young. Ivo Adam, the chef de cuisine, is a multiple world champion cook and is regarded as one of the most prominent and imaginative restaurateurs in Switzerland. He is a distinguished cook, recipe rapper and cookbook author.
The cuisine at the Seven is crossover and experimental, regional and exotic, creative and market fresh. It also bears the unmistakable seal of quality of Ivo Adam. Delicious samplers or assaggini, as they are known in Italian, play upon our desire to taste and discover something new.
